It's a luxury hotel with very nice staff and rooms. We enjoyed the staying in hotel Florimont. Bansko is very atractive and excellent ski resort.

This place has pleasant staff, silent and neat rooms with a functional bathroom, exceptionally comfortable beds, and excellent food.

The service is really bad . they don t speak engish ,they are not polite ,they ar not helpful.i had the worse expirience because of the people who work at the reception !!

A non smoking hotell that smell of smoke in many of the public places. They have a Stripclub in the hotel, didn´t know that from the advertisment on you website.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Bansko, had much fun and met really kind and polite staff from the staff members I spoke to. The pool was good and I had soft drinks in the lounge bar.
